"Just wanted to write to tell all of the great experience that I had, as a FIRST time buyer at age 54, with Karel Cain my Realtor who works with the Renee Butler Team. I met Karel through a girlfriend who had purchased a home from her and my friend spoke very highly of her and said she was sooooooo very kind and sooooooo very caring...My friend told me that Karel's most important mission was to make sure that she got you into your perfect home...Whether she made a sell or not you were the most important person to her. I found her soooo very professional and sooooooo very kind. The first year I worked with Karel she educated me soooo very much on buying a home...She talked me out of two homes and after looking back I realize why and thank my lucky stars that she did. I realized after several months that I need a larger money backup than I had and decided to wait. I stayed in touch with Karel over the next year and she continued to send me listings and I would look and research and then in February of 2008 my dream house showed up on one of her listings. I connected back up with Karel and we met to look at the house and as soon as I walked in I knew I was home...I realized then that that was the reason Karel talked me out of my previous listings. She knew as soon as I walked in that this was it. I worked with Karel from the beginning of March of 2007 until we closed in April 30th 2008 and I can only say that I never felt like there was a time that she was not there for me to answer every question I had, address every issue that I had and to reassure me if I had doubts about anything......Right up to the day of closing Karel was trouble shooting every nook and cranny of my home to make sure that it was perfect before I signed on the dotted line. Being a first time buyer I needed alot of educating and she explained everything to me, was always kind and patient and never made me feel stupid. I felt 100% complete and comfortable when I went to my closing and a year later can only say that the love affair that I have with my home I still have. If I was to do this again I would not hesitate to contact Karel to be a part of it!! She is my Angel with invisble wings!!!!
